Placing an order

Add products to your cart and complete checkout, or contact us for a written quotation or bulk order. Please provide an active telephone number and complete delivery address.

Order processing

Orders are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email. In-stock orders are normally processed within one business day. Special-order and bulk items may require additional lead time.

Delivery coverage

We deliver within Nairobi and to all 47 counties using our delivery team and selected courier partners. Charges and estimated timelines depend on destination, product size, weight and handling requirements.

Large-item deliveries

Long or heavy ladders may require dedicated transport. Our team will confirm access conditions, delivery cost and a suitable handover time before dispatch.

Inspection

Inspect packaging and products at delivery. Report visible transit damage within 24 hours with your order number and clear photographs.
