Destinations

We ship to physical addresses throughout Kenya. Some remote areas and oversized products require collection from a courier depot or special transport arrangements.

Methods and charges

We use direct delivery and reputable courier partners. Shipping charges depend on distance, size, weight, handling and service level and are confirmed before dispatch.

Timelines

Nairobi deliveries are commonly completed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Upcountry deliveries commonly take 2–5 business days. These estimates may change due to stock, weather, holidays, courier delays or access restrictions.

Tracking and handover

Dispatch details are sent by phone, WhatsApp or email where available. An adult or authorised representative should inspect and acknowledge delivery.

Failed deliveries

Incorrect details or unavailable recipients may cause delay and additional re-delivery charges.

Transit damage

Photograph damaged packaging before opening and notify us within 24 hours. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
