Prices and availability

Prices and stock may change without notice. An automated acknowledgement is not final acceptance; an order is accepted when payment and availability are confirmed.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order affected by pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or delivery limitations. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and arrange safe access for large products.

Product safety

Inspect each ladder before use, follow manufacturer instructions, observe load ratings, maintain three points of contact and use stable ground. Do not use a conductive ladder near live electrical systems.

Warranty, returns and liability
